Policies and Fees

Booking / Cancellations: A deposit of $50 per night is required at the time of booking. Balance payable at time of departure. Cash, Debit Card or cheque is required for balance on one night stays. Your deposit is non-refundable unless notification is received at least 14 days prior to the reservation. If prior notification is received, by phone, your deposit will be refunded, less an administration fee of $25. No-shows, and cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date, will be charged full rate, unless the room can be re-booked. Check in: Check-in time can usually be arranged to accommodate your wishes. The time is to be arranged at time of booking. Guests are asked to please respect the agreed upon check-in time. A phone call indicating a change in arrival is greatly appreciated if your time is altered. You are always welcome to check-in earlier than the agreed upon time, however, there will be no guarantee of someone at home. In the summer months you are welcome to wait and relax in the garden if you should choose.

All rates listed are based on double occupancy. 5% GST is added to all rates. Rideau Hall accommodates a third person on a regular twin size bed at an additional cost of $40 per night. Single traveller rates available. Off season rates available. Multi-night stay rates (more than three nights) available. Reduced family rate if ALL three rooms are booked and the family includes young children. Two night bookings are required on some weekends in the high season. Please Inquire.
